Yeah the card that says "Certificado de Registro de Ciudadano de la Unión". I am aware it doesn't make me an EU citizen just I was not sure what else to call it as if you call it 'residency card'...

Thanks for the replies. Just got an appointment for the 'Authorizacion de regresso', since its my initial TIE card and not a renewal it does say I need exceptional circumstances but gunna try anyway....
