Oh wow! Good luck and thank you for your reply. Do you think I should send in a webform stating that the fee was not paid as per guidelines set out? I really hope they don't refuse it :(

I applied for my mums supervisa July 7th and received biometrics instruction same day. She did her biometrics in London on July 18th and has been updated. Have not heard anything since and seen...

I have applied for my mums and we did not pay for the application fee either and now worried after reading your post.
