Thank upi again for the replies. I'm use to 24-7-365 that's never been a problem. In England I do know my days off for the year, I also know if I'm working earlies or lates. We work 36 hours a week...

Thank you so much for your advise. I will defently continue research and hopefully visit next year and do some investigations, if it's alot of uncertainty about shifts and away from home the kids...

Thank you so much for the reply. I do have the option of returning to being an electrician. I ran my own domestic electrical company here for 10 years on the side, not sure how transfersble it is....
