Just for others' future reference. I got a response now from Neom's school and they said she can attend with a visit visa until we sort out our Iqamas.

If your degree is more than 50% online then the Saudi Cultural office in the embassy would not attest to it. Degree attestation is a pre-requisite for the visa.
