I have been given advise that even if one moves abroad on an full time assignment in Feb , split tax year will be applicable as one will meet case 1-3 Residency test so no tax payable on foreign...

i have accepted the offer as I have been told the title is only for rumeneration purpose, officially I can use the Senior manager title.
