Re: Minister's announcement on GSM visas – 8 February 2010

Does anyone know if there is an impact to those who were issued Skilled Migration visas (IT) pre 2007, have had them validated, but are currently not in Australia?

Re: Got your PR, now want your partner to come with you

Otherwise, I need to reapply and add her to the visa application?

Re: Got your PR, now want your partner to come with you

I have validated the visa.

I have been in a relationship with her for 4 years.

Why would they be interested in if I was in a de facto relationship before?

I would be happy to marry her. If I...

Re: Got your PR, now want your partner to come with you

Thanks pollyanna

I have validated the visa yeah.

So I can add her to it after that then.

I had noticed that it said 'No marriage before initial entry' which was strange.

Got your PR, now want your partner to come with you

Is this possible?

Can they be added to your PR?

I do intend to marry her.

What is the way forward or is it just hard luck?

Any help greatly appreciated,

Re: Golf! Where is best Sydney or Melbourne?

Brilliant link, thanks.

The move could seriously be off! ;)

Cheers,

Re: BBC Article on new 5 points allocation

It'll just cost me all the fees to take the visa again though, its fairly expensive, about £1500 in total maybe.

Re: BBC Article on new 5 points allocation

I was referring to the Investment Bond.

I am expecting the request for this any day now, and naturally I'd rather not part with the cash, if I can get the 5 points in some other manner
