not quite, its 6 months from the date of your medical. We had to wait for our son to have a vaccine, 8 weeks apart. So we had a little over 4 months validity when our visa arrived

Some of theses foreign currency cards don't work well in fuel stations, or other situations where they preauthorize funds before filling. IMO a blend of cash/card works best.

Cheque in the post, I haven't tried to do previous years yet though (thats next challenge). As above i just annualised the p60 equivalent.

There are options to file for free from the IRS website.


Its not tricky just follow the step by step instructions. I used taxact e-file, and can confirm it will (if eligible) grant you the 1400...
