I only have 7 years of experience (based in London-UK).

have not heard from actually two of the principal contractors (big consultancy firms) although the engagement from the beginning was promising. But...

Fair enough.

For me, I am still in early talks with Bechtel/AECOM HR. Not even done an interview yet.

but for me really the main driver is the salary. That's why I was confused about that 25%...

So, why everyone more than happy to work for NEOM although they pay fixed salary to all (current + 25% )??

I keep reading about 25% increase from the current salary.

Is that the case If you will be employed directly by NEOM?

What about being employed by Bechtel or AECOM is it the same...
