I haven't heard this, I have been at NEOM for 1 month and am planning on bringing my spouse over ASAP. My guess would be that they are saying 6-18 months because of the delay moving from NC2 to NC1,...

Yes that is true at the moment, I was in NC2 until my daughter was accepted in the school and then ended up in NC1 the week after, but I know some people without kids who stay in NC2 for 9 or 10...

The journey from NC2 to NC1 is strange, it is about 35 - 40 minutes to NC1 but 45 - 50 back - it mostly depends on the police roadblock that you have to go through.

The reason it is quicker there...
