I am also in same boat. I had also contacted my Senator and they emailed to Mumbai consulate on Aug 29/30. As of now, they have not got any response back.

I have not heard anything from mumbai regarding my administrative review.

But I have decided to go India personally and will try my luck from there. I will be leaving here...
