My husband was swimming in the sea 3 weeks ago in Costa del Sol, mind you , he only stayed in about 10 minutes and his voice had gone up a few octaves when he was done :D

I don't think it's frivolous at all. Many people use pools to help with physical and mental fitness and some require it due to knee/hip replacements etc. For those in cities without access to beaches...

I'm currently staying in Costa del Sol for a month and I am recording all my purchases in a spreadsheet. Idea is that once I'm home, I'll pop in the price from Dublin to see how it compares....
