No, she hasn’t been working, she’s been too busy with school anyway. That’s fine, at least I know now, hopefully PR won’t take too long 🤞🏻

Ah yes! I’ve been looking at the wrong information, I assume what I’ve been reading applies to university students ect.
So we’ll need to apply for a visitor permit before the study permit runs out...

I agree, the risks are too high.

Sorry, I’m not very clear…I’m stressed and rambling a bit! I guess what I’m trying to ask is…if he leaves his job will immigration allow us to remain in Canada...

So you wouldn’t recommend him handing in his notice until he has the new LMIA in place or until it’s underway? We do have funds to support us until he has a new one issued...
