I have a similar background to you, and it's hard getting into the Neom pipeline, from what I've seen there are two ways for consideration. 1) be headhunted by a recruiter 2) be recruited directly...

Good point - I'm thinking from a single, in his early professional career standpoint. When you add a family, I can see the constraints add up real quick.

How does degree attestation work? Do you have to get all of your degrees attested, or only the highest one? I have a master's and a bachelor's, will they want to check both, or just my masters.

I connected with a few folks working at Neom on LinkedIn, and they were all hired by recruiters/head hunters. Does anyone have a contact you can DM who's recruiting for Neom's land mobility team?

How did all of you get recruited into the interview pipeline? I'm trying to get someone to refer me, I have contacts at Neom, but they've been less responsive than I've hoped.

I was told they will include stock, bonus, pension, etc in your base then add the 20-30% lift.

I'm interviewing with their mobility team, part of my job would be to scale out the entire commuter program including additions of rideshare, drone delivery, micromobility (bikes and scooters)

I thought you said Neom gave you close to a 28% in increase, maybe my math isn't adding up but doesn't your incremental increase only come out to about 11% 355 (current) / 396 (post)
