Good news!

I received an email from Starling explaining that I was rejected because my application was over 90 days old. Deleted the app and started again, and four hours later I now have a bank...

Update: Starling bank emailed me and explained that I need to reapply because I started the application more than 90 days ago.

I'm going to try that now. Wish me luck!
