Earlier this year we had to leave the U.S. because my husband lost his job on an L1A. He was offered other jobs but nobody could work out a route to sponsor a visa for him other than h1b lottery...

It’s possible that we received incorrect advice from our lawyers. They were AWFUL and applied for L1A by mistake when they were meant to apply for L1B (somehow we still got L1A)

If you were born in the Uk, have a valid ESTA and have traveled to the US before then it should be fine. That was one thing to remember though…. we had to get new ESTAs for the new passports to...
