Dear all and experts,
Hi, I applied in 2001 and in Nov.04 I gave interview also, now its over 4 years since applied and nearly 6 months after interview my eCas changed to 'Decision Made' last monday...

I check with one of the class suite lawers and he said
class action of Rasolzadeh is concluded last monday and
published on cic,,,is it true ? is anyone aware of this?

What should I hope for in my case ? that lady told me before starting interview only that she could not be able to say yes or no as per court's order, actully interview went fine and...

In my case it was similar case, I was interviewed in Nov'04, but before
interview only the lady said she can't say Y or N as per order but will let
me know within 4...
