Visa it is. I've given myself plenty of time, so it's better to be safe than sorry. Thank you to everyone who has had an input, it really has helped in making my final decision.

OK, I'll get some legal advice on this. It just baffling though, how I could answer no on the form but yet have a caution for that and nothing is flagged. Would the attached not show up on the esta?

I get that, but the questions are quite specific. Have you ever been arrested or convicted for a crime that resulted in serious damage to property, or serious injury to another person or government...

So, I've paid the 14 dollars. I've answered the questions. I haven't been arrested or convicted for seriously injuring anyone nor have I seriously damaged anyone's property. I have no convictions...

Thanks for the input. The offence was being carried in a veichle taken without owners consent. Not theft of said vehicle.

That's what I thought. However, is TWOC considered a CIMT? The issue is that I have never been done for drugs, nor have I seriously injured anyone or seriously damaged anyone's property, so answering...
