American tourist knifed to death in Cascais mugging

See there was death due to mugging very recently in Cascais.

After living there for the last 7 years I returned there recently after a long absence.

The Old Town has definitely deteriorated....

Received my card be post in about 7 days. I received a CTT delivery card and had to go not the post office, who were exceptionally nice, to pick it up.

However, tried to pay with MB on my bank app and received message that it is not possible to pay at the moment.
