Yes sorry I should have explained abit more, his convictions were IN CANADA. As reading all links found on the Canadian website we are under the impression as he has served the 5 years outside of...

Back to my original question though, there is part for the record suspension application where there is a section that must be filled out,(local police check form) does he need to get that filled out...

yes even in the links it states he can not do the rehabilitation forms until he has applied for a pardon because he has more then one charge. Image shown...

we were told because he has served his 5 years outside of canada he is considered rehabilitated and in the forms he has to explain how he thinks he's...

recieved sheffield March 15
sent some extra documents in all this time
received email about a decision made June 7
been about 56 57 days sheffield is doing there...

I'm not to sure but me and my husband weren't married when my daughter was born (states in birth certificate) and she was born in Canada whilst visiting the UK in 2016 we applied for her British...

I sent my passport and my daughters 2 passports (Canadian and british) March 13th. still receive ed nothing

Daughters Dual, Husband's in HM Forces, I applied for a settlement (spouse) visa

I applied March 13th 2017 (biometrics taken) at the VAC in Edmontom Alberta Canada and all documents arrived in Sheffield March 15th 2017... I'm a little confused on times as gov.UK site says 30days...
