She is already able to enter the U.K. for 6 months without any extra entry visa for 6 months as a US citizen so that would not be any different. The EEA permit is only good for 6 months at a time the...

I hear you. We applied well before our decision to move. We are willing to take the chance and are not willing to delay leaving. If we lose the application money and get denied, it is still better...

Unfortunately No. We tried to get her bio father to agree to let him adopt after we got marred and he refused.
