Ok, we are in the EE pool to try FSW entry but finding it really hard to find a job that will get us an LMIA to get in. Just curious.... could we try buying a business out there? Would that help us...

Thank you. It does feel like we have been going around in circles since September with this immigration. He definitely scores lower than me. We have both sat the IELTS and have a high score of 8.5...

I will still need a LMIA and works visa to apple for residency but then PNP is a better route than express entry?? Is that correct?

Yes it's 30-40hrs per week.

Do you have a link for them to go to. Or somebody I can suggest they go to out there to decide whether to do LMIA or PNP? It's in Edmonton

Our CRS score is currently 379. So a job offer would make it 429. This would be enough to get us in in 2017 but not in 2018 or 2019 so far :-(
So if we come on a work visa we can boost our points...

The employer is getting the LMIA but our solicitor is saying they will sort out the paperwork for them on their side and for us on our side for the work permit but for this service they will...
