They give you a covering letter advising you that you have failed, together with the AAA assessment form which indicates briefly why you have failed. Our said ' applicant did not provide varifyable...

Our original agent was based in Australia and we had a hell of a time with him. I think he was an exception though and we were just unlucky.

Which ever agent you use make sure he/she comes highly...

Kay just out of curiosity, when did your agent request the references?

The reason i ask is this is one of our many complaints re our old agent. He asked for references etc in Nov 03 and we still...

It all depends on when the C&G exams were done. You can get copies but you need file numbers etc. We did not manage to get hubby's as he done his about 25 years ago (pre computerisation) and we could...

We are in a similar situation whereby we followed our then agents instructions back in Nov 03, only to find out that all the evidence, references, police checks etc are now out of date.

It normally takes less time than the 40 days. About 2 weeks seems to be the average. If you live near Police Headquarters you can hand it in personally otherwise 'guaranteed next day post' would be...

We are in a similar situation. I am over 45 too so don't count. Hubby is already 44 and turns 45 in November, so we are deperately trying to get job offer and go ENS route or get postive skills...

Hi Guys

Just to let you all know, I have sent off the review application for the TRA.

We still did not get the original TRA result letter back from former agent, but the kind man at the TRA...
