I see now that was a rule for temporary admission of a motor vehicle .

No I didn't . Thank you for that gem mfesharne . Another decision in tatters !!!!!! I knew that this move would have complications but I didn't realise just how many .

Thanks for the calculator . I won't be importing my Caddy now. It will be a local rental or purchase due to the very large import duty . Another decision made .
