CORRECTION: I now remember that the guy in the INSS wanted a copy of my Residencia, as if he expected me to have one with me. [It was ok, as he went & made a copy].

Well, as far as I understood her, the woman in the Comisaria said the EX18 was the wrong form, & pointed to a ‘Certificado UE’ on a list. Perhaps someone will be able to explain.
