You are required to submit a detailed personal statement regarding the circumstances of all of your convictions.

hey all,
Story so far:
applied for b2 visa over 2 years ago, refused, told to wait a bit and apply again.
applied March 27th 2018 and was told he was recommended for a waiver of ineligibility, 4-6...

hey all, starting a new convo as I know there’s one on here but it’s about 200 pages long!
husband had his interview March 27th and was told 4-6 Months for his waiver of ineligibility ..anyone else...

Thanks Mike. Yes we have luckily, and I know it is luck considering his past, been granted a waiver of ineligibility so we can visit family.
I did guess it would be highly unlikely that we would...

Apologies. I believe it was trafficking in Japan. He did 4 years there over 16 years ago. I know things are never spent but he has massively turned his life around and whilst I don’t host much hope...

not hopeful but I didn’t know if he got sponsored for a work visa it would be possible?!
