Quick update the annulment was 100% finalized on 1st July, took just over 12 months, and the cost was 250K, as we were quoted by the Lawyer

P11 I dont think its a normal trait among Fillipino, my wife chats regularly with my grown up children, when we have video calls, that was even before she visited the UK and met them all personally...

I did say in my original post that I had contacted the website for details of the SRRV visa and as yet had not received any reply, therefore I dont know the rules of the scheme that was the purpose...
