Some posts on this forum say that the medical expiry is not a bit deal for cases like mine. Although it is just a hearsay,I can't imagine why CIC wouldn't relax the medical condition a little bit....

My timeline is similar to yours. Buffalo received my application on Oct 8th,2001, according to the e-client.Are you able to check your e-client status and since when you were able to do that?
