Yes for sure. as i mentioned, all our I-94 are the same expiry as mine.

I-94 expires next year, we had a 3year work visa L-1a and my wife/kids on the L2.
can extend upto 7years in total.

Yes we owned the property from January 2017 until 2019. But relocated in October 2018. Where we have rented a property.

It’s been pretty much 2 years we lived in the house. Moved in Jan 2017.
we moved out to the US while the sale was going through, but there was a delay on the completion date, so it fell into 2019...

To be honest I thought the car lease payments were actually quite good. Plus the down payments were low compared to using expatride and IAS.

So I’m terms of budget they have come in under budget....
