I managed to get through to them this morning (after being on hold for 30 mins), they are currently dealing with applications from 3rd May, so still backlogged 😬😬.

I submitted my ToR application on 12th May, and received the acknowledgement e-mail. I called today to check on progress as the 14 day timescale has passed, they are currently working on applications...

Yes thanks, we’re aware of that, we just think it’s probably going to be quicker and easier than the spousal visa route. She’s had an ancestry visa before so understands the requirements.
