Yes they said they escalated on 17th but did not do it until 21st, definately done now.. just awaiting the outcome on 10th August.. will update when I know ))

If you are both travelling you will need to give passport number for yourself. Are you in the States now?

I made the call and got cut off and had to call again at extra cost.... ggrrrrrrrr

They only include working days, exclude bank holidays and weekends etc Makes it a tad worse I know...

My Lawyer advised as long as you screen shot call logs from whatsapp and not word then it is all ok... I work in Law Enforcement and from experience the only thing i would accept is a screen shot...
