Re: I-130's don't show up any more on the NBC status page?

Not the ones for immediate relative - they go through the NBC and showed up on the status list for the NBC until the latest update on Jan 14

I-130's don't show up any more on the NBC status page?

Does anyone know why I-130's don't show up any more on the NBC status page?

Re: Boston Roll Call!

We called the national hotline yesterday and they submitted an inquiry (referral) to the Boston office on our behalf, since the last NOA we received was more than 30 days before the current...

Re: I-485/I-130 Questions

[QUOTE=silanone] 1. The earliest date that I could get for a biometrics appointment in Boston was Sept 15. Does this mean that no further processing on the I-485 and I-130 will be done until this...

Re: I-130 processing times (Boston + NBC-Missouri)

I wonder if the following is pertinent to this situation where the I-485 will be adjudicated @ Boston but the I-130 will (probably) be processed @ the NBC. In this case, the I-130 does end up...

Re: I-130 processing times (Boston + NBC-Missouri)

Thanks - but the Boston office does not list a I-130 processing date ;-( . It only lists I-485 processing date.

Re: I-130 question (will A# cause problem?)

Thanks - I am a naturalized US citizen. I guess that is why my old A# was also printed on my naturalization certificate. I also provided it on my application.

I guess I'm freaked out by the fact...

Re: I-130 processing times (Boston + NBC-Missouri)

I think I mentioned that there is no limit for spouses of US citizens - sorry if I was unclear.

My main question was about the processing date of Nov 2001 for I-130's for the NBC - which is...

Re: I-130 question (will A# cause problem?)

Right, the G-325A's ask for the A#

The I-130 application asks whether you are a US Citizen, for your naturalization # and also for an A# I believe...

Re: I-130 processing times (Boston + NBC-Missouri)

Thanks for the response. If NBC does not process I-130/I-485 then is there a reason why they have I-130 processing dates status on their web page? They don't have one for I-485's.

NBC - I-130 processing date is Nov 2001

The status page for the NBC shows them currently processing I-130's with a reciept date of Nov 2001.

This seems horrible. In the experience of folks on this forum, is this date accurate?

Re: Priority date box empty on I-485/I-131/I-765 reciept notices

Aha!!! Yes, I did file for my spouse and I am a US citizen. That does make sense.

SO then, the reciept date is the key date then?

Thanks

Priority date box empty on I-485/I-131/I-765 reciept notices

Recieved reciept notices for all three today from the MO office (Boston forwards them there).

Does the Boston office...
