My kids are not British citizen just me .

Is working outside the UK can get my spouse visa rejected.

I work in a rotation of 35 to 35 days . Home is UK.

• Interview done in May 2017

Overseas checks finished in Sep2017

If Iam already a dual nationality and british nationality will be my third nationality.

I applied from on the 19th january 2017 application received in durham office 23rd january
21st of February HMPO emailed checks were finished in UK and my application is tranfered to the overseas...
