Thanks again! I meant budget of 20000 SAR per month. I would rather live in a place which has families and the wife has someone to speak to and make friends when we ( kids to school and me to work)...

Hi peeps, any pointers on schools in Riyadh please? Is BISR decent? Any ideas about Al Hamra compound? Any recommendations regarding any decent compounds?

How much would a 2/3 bed apartment/ villa would cost in a compound like Al Hamra Oasis Village in Riyadh or similar kind of compounds in Riyadh?

Also any idea about the cost of living for a family...

Railway sector. I reckon £40 k for the housing and £30k for schooling. That's more like 40 percent.
