Re: Not another WARP question!

After joining the RIFT facebook group and researching the files, I think I'm out of luck. I see where they have extended the application deadline to 30 Sep BUT you need to be resident in France to...

Re: french lessons advice needed (Paris)

My wife goes to Alliance Française in Paris and it's expensive, i.e. +250€/wk for 20hrs. There are other fewer hrs/wk options that are less expensive.

I go to Association Philotechnique in...

N26 and Revolut do not have French IBANs AFAIK - can be a problem as some French merchants/utilities will not allow payments fom non-French accts.

Re: Buying a second hand car

Thanks Cyrian, I'll check it out.

Great info, ET. I had an annual cap on policy in UK. I'll seek out a broker - definitely want the path of least resistance.

Re: French films well worth watching

Saw 'Le Sens de la Fete' last night. Comedy, revolving around a wedding planner and a grand wedding gone crazy. I liked the film very much - laughed through out. Also going by the title 'C'est La...

Have you seen 'Otez-moi d’un doute'? This quirky gem is...

Re: Marks & Spencer UK site refuse to sell to France - Once again

Re: UK Form S-1

Thank you so much for the helpful replies!

I'll call DWP to see what my options are. It's good to know that I may be able to get in the French system via PUMA failing the S-1 route.

Re: Van Hire UK to France

When we lived in the UK a few yrs ago, we would arrange for EU insurance on our campervan for 180 days (insurer: Stavely Head), and would get road hazard coverage with ADAC.
