they took my passport on the Monday and I had it back on the Thursday not sure if it was longer or not as obviously I had a slightly different situation with the 221g

So i went with my husband April 4th for the interview his was approved and I was given a 221g, I then received an email to pay my reciprocity fee 2 weeks later.

yes I went to the interview, did the ds-160 they gave me the 221g at the interview I had my own confirmation etc.
I emailed them back and they have now told me that I need to go into the embassy on...

fair enough, ive been at the company for 12 years now. at the end of the day if they aren't going to do anything now for me to stay currently with a month left on the visa there would be no other way...

it is the end of the 5 year visa, no they havent started anything they arent going to i have to go back for the year and then apply for the l1a the situation is a mess ive been arguing it with them...
