Have you had a look at 1pMobile? To make calls from Spain to landlines and mobiles in both England and Spain costs 4p a minute, while it costs just 1p a minute to receive calls. There is a Â£5...

There is a company called 1pMobile who charge 4p a MB when using data in Spain. There is a minimum Â£5 charge every 30 days to use their service. For that you get 500MB (i.e. 125 minutes of data...
