Hi again,

I took the test and had to make up the answers for the language tests. I put in the highest scores but we don't score highly enough overall.

Ideally we'd like to move to Canada...

Yes we are UK citizens. We both work with young people. He works in residential care and I work in community settings. My work is education but I am not a teacher.

I need to do the test asap so...

Ok, so in order for me to apply for a temp work permit for more than 6 months I need to have a job offer and a letter proving the employer couldn't get a Canadian to fill the job?

Is that right? ...

One more question. Sorry, I really am very new to this.

It seems to take just 5 weeks to process temporary applications. So, does it strengthen a temporary application if you have a job offer?...

No, we've no complicated circumstances so no need for an agency then....
