He hasn't got the red seal yet we are in the process of trying to challenge that.
We were trying to get in through the express entry pool via the FSW entry as advised by our immigration solicitor...

Yes it was 388. Which I think maybe to low? I know if he goes to Canada and sits the red seal exam he gets 50 more points. We may use a immigration company to see if they have any more tips. We have...
