contacted hsbc premier account and they said that I didn't meet the criteria and he said he thought it was to do with the country that I currently live in regulations

I will prob just end up transferring it to a relatives account in the end as its such a pain in the arse. I even rang UK inland revenue up and they said they weren't a 100 percent sure if there would...

yeah seems to have changed a bit since then as did approach hsbc they said they could only offer help filling in an application form to open an account in the uk and they said it will be a lot easier...

Yes you could say that prettier scenery but like the NHS,
but you would be wrong yes it has extreme funding issues like the NHS but the Nepotism in the DHBs borders on criminal and career...

Oh boy have I got some advice for you don't do nursing in New Zealand the health boards are a mess, they operate with a type of cronyism and there is also some prejudice against other nationalities....
