I've been here in Vancouver now for over 10 years and I can say from my experience Vancouver is much more racist than the UK I remember ever was.

I've been in Vancouver around 10 years now.

The cost of living is much more expensive than the UK and the job market is pretty crap. There are very few jobs and they pay less than the UK.
