Training should be an issue, it should actually be a lot cheaper for a brigade to convert someone to their processes than train someone from scratch, however London fire brigade are the most...

I believe I'm quite aware of the process as it stands and I can only apply for nomination once I've been vetassesed(which is what I'm going through now) then I have to put my name and points...

Not as yet, I'm guessing that if they pick me off the list to go as a firefighter I'll be offered the job before gaining the visa!
