that's how the institute of technologies do the degrees here in Ireland , 2 years cert level 6, 1 year diploma level 7 and 1 year honors degree level 8.

A level 5 diploma on the AQF is the same level as the leaving cert in Ireland, both a pre 3rd level education

I don't have a problem with negative feedback as long as the feedback has reasons to go along with it. Saying ''I don't think you will receive a positive skills assessment'' without offering reasons...
