Man from the embassy called my husband this morning. Said problem was corrected and he would have visa tuesday via courrier. said the problem was, number on visa, did not match number in computer!!

I thought it was odd too........he is trying to get things in order over there so he can decide exactly when to come back over here.......and we were hoping it would be soon.
