Just FYI...
Received another letter of notice on Friday, Dec. 9th stating that the case was approved on Dec. 2nd, 05 and received the actual card on Saturday, Dec. 10th, 05.

I just got back from the INS. I did not get any application, letter, nothing to extend the expring I-94. The officer told me that I would be OK under the pending I-485 condition with expired I-94...

No, I dont have I140 nor I360..But at least it is not a definate obstacle, it can be good or bad, I will worry about it as it comes. Thank you very much for your answers.

My I765 was approved on Sep. 16th. On the online notice, it says give them a call if I dont receive the card in 14 days. When I called at the beginning of Oct, they told me to call back in 30 days...

I received my AP valid for a year today!
I also got the interim EAD on the 91st day. I am back to work and everything seems to be going well. Good luck with everyone else's process!

My first NOA for I131 was May 13th with its reciept date of Feb 26th. It is July 20th and I still havent been approved. I asked for status update on the phone on July 1st, which I havent seen yet....
