We had our interview on Tuesday at the embassy and have been approved. So all sorted, I think it took a while because of the embassy move.

Thats not what Im saying at all. my fil is paying for the lawyer. any fees that need to be paid for by the company will be paid for by the company. And yes I am aware that I may not be able to work...
