And i spoke with an attorney the drunk tank is as meaningless as a traffic ticket and he was never even fined. But thanks. We will not say anything.

He already has been granted a waiver last year before this incident happened. His waiver is good for 5 years.

This happened in March he got his waiver of inadmissiblity last year. He wasn't charged w/anything so I'm wondering if we wouldn't volunteer the information, but thank you.

Ok. Thanks. I was just afraid that maybe they wouldn't do it because DHS will notice he was denied an immigrant visa. But we waited three years to attempt for him to visit the states after the denial...

The officer knew he was denied an immigrant visa 2013 but still recommended him for the waiver for holiday visa. PS he was granted a holiday visa in 2010 for 1 year.
