Work said the 401k was one of the best, 6%,wasnt sure if it was or wasn't seems it is :)

Thanks, didn't mean direct conversion though, I meant a property in the USA equivalent in size/abilities would cost about that to rent in the US market is all, so although a conversion works out...

Hardly ever use them on my 3Series, or Mrs car, but they are useful, and the ZF Auto in the beemer is perfect adept at choosing the right gear, helps that I have 500ft/lb torque I suppose, as even if...

Yeah, I have 32 for long service, and they asked me, and I think were expecting the normal 25.... they ummed and arred over the 32, but hey not really my issue... They are also umming over a car...

Good news, you lot haven't been waiting your time....

Bad news, after 4 rounds of interviews from 40 people... Been offered the job!

Yeah it's how they do it in the UK, so assume it's the same there. Just curious, at least it's a big corp so they should pay the bills (always have over here)

Thanks, there was one thing they mentioned this time around, I would get a company issued AMEX, if that's like in the UK, it ties to your personal credit file as well, is that the same in the USA?

Well, Final interview done, they asked when I can start, so looking good I suppose. Just down to HR to send me all the relevant info through I suppose now.
