Yes my passport allows me a 90 day visa on arrival, and I can get a MACS without pb.
But I do not know how to proceed from that (I do not have any car in Singapore).

About the moving I was more concerned about the reaction of the customs, if I told them I'm a tourist, while bringing all my furnitures with me lol...
