My employer are asking whether it’s a possibility for me so it will be employer based - same as my L1 visa. I do not have relatives nor am I married to a US citizen/GC holder.

Thank you, as always appreciated. That is good to know. I will then start re-applying while on my current one like 6 months before it expires in order to keep it running without interference.

Thanks. So on a practical note, if one wants to keep having a valid Waiver in their passport continuously - what do you do? as it takes, currently, 18-25 weeks for an application to be taken care of,...

Yes, that is correct. I know the ACRO is "sort of" the equivalent to our "document of convictions"- this one from my side is blank as it will not show any convictions 3 to 5 years after they were...
