yea my post was from the Skype app. I don’t really use Skype though thats why i asked.

cant really use internet or mobile data because internet in the province isn’t very good
I can only call via lebara like a normal phone call but it’s not the cheapest really

ive has plenty of dealing with Philippines and been there many many times.
